- To be approved as BAFA consultants, we had to complete a multi-stage qualification process. This included, among other things, demonstrating extensive consulting experience in the field of digitalization and e-commerce, submitting reference projects, and having our consulting quality reviewed by BAFA and an accredited monitoring body.
- Furthermore, we had to establish internal processes for quality assurance and documentation of our services. Only after successful testing and approval are we officially allowed to offer BAFA-subsidized consulting services.
