No Bullsh!t stands for natural cosmetics without compromise – clear ingredients, a clear stance, clear communication. The existing Shopify store already showed potential, but brand impact, UX, and functionality needed to be rethought and consistently developed further.

The project focused on two key challenges:

Individual product & bundle logics
The products required flexible display options – e.g., pre-configured bundles in the BuyBox, individual content sections, subscription models, and dynamic volume discounts.

Brand sharpening & B2B integration
The shop needed to make a stronger visual statement – clear, bold, edgy. At the same time, a dedicated area for business customers was required, with its own logic for grouping and managing B2B clients.

Solution
FSR-Media conceived, designed and developed the new No Bullsh!t shop within just three weeks – and continues to support the brand in its further development to this day.

Shop redesign:
Together with Nicole, a bolder, more edgy brand identity was designed – and translated into a new UX and UI structure. The redesign was implemented from the ground up on Shopify 2.0 – flexible, modular, and future-proof.

The collection pages were structured semantically – with clear H1 structures, text blocks, and clean URL logic. In addition, the team received structured training on maintaining shop content and creating new sections.
