Challenge
Wichtelfreund is a charming, lovingly run concept centered around elf accessories – with a strong focus on the Q4 season. The goal was to build a technically stable, easily maintainable Shopify store that combines storytelling, conversion, and seasonal dynamics.

Two key requirements shaped the project:

Seasonal controllability & storytelling power
The shop not only had to perform well during the peak season (Q4) – it also had to function effectively in the off-season without losing customers. At the same time, it was important that it authentically and emotionally conveyed Wichtelfreund's playful product world.

Many features in a short time
Within a tight timeframe, numerous technical features (pre-order, loyalty program, download area) had to be implemented – but in such a way that the team could maintain them independently.

Solution
FSR-Media developed a seasonally optimized Shopify shop with numerous individual functions – technically sound, lovingly crafted in terms of content, and editorially controllable.

Based on a playful yet structured design, the entire shop was built on Shopify 2.0. The focus was on emotional storytelling, rapid information delivery, and high conversion rates.

Training & SEO:
Roman and his team received training in product maintenance, off-season management, and CMS logic. Additionally, an SEO audit was conducted and the technical adjustments implemented directly (including structure, loading time, and semantic content).
