Mia & Martha is a sustainable fashion label from Freiburg, known for fair production, high-quality materials, and stylish looks. The goal of the project was not a major relaunch, but rather the consistent further development of an existing shop – with a focus on UX, conversion, and legal compliance.

The focus was particularly on:

From holiday notices and BuyBox optimization to targeted upselling, the shop needed to be functionally rethought – including legal adjustments.

Solution
FSR-Media took over the technical implementation and ongoing development – with the aim of making the existing Shopify shop more user-friendly, higher in conversions and legally compliant.

Analysis and targeted improvement of loading speed, Buy Box behavior, and mobile UX aspects. In addition, the homepage was redesigned and visually modernized – with new layout blocks and a clear structure.

Implementation of several individual features:
- Company holiday function with date logic & notification at checkout
- Product upselling on the product page & in the shopping cart
- Dynamic BuyBox with variant logic and clear CTA structure
- Legally compliant checkboxes and notices ("I have read the terms and conditions/cancellation policy") in the checkout flow
